Graston Technique
The Graston technique is a soft tissue technique that breaks up scar tissue and myofascial restrictions with in muscle, ligaments, and tendons.  Scar tissue is formed from injuries and overuse injuries.  This is an effective technique for many conditions, such as: carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, tendonitis, heel pain (plantar fasciitis.), shoulder strain/sprains, rotator cuff tendonitis, chronic low back/mid back/neck pain, and many knee conditions.  The technique is quick and effective. Visit grastontechnique.com for more information.

Vax-D Spinal Decompression
Vax- D is a patented non-surgical therapy developed for the chronic low back pain and sciatica.   Vax-D is safe and effective with out the risks associated with surgery, injections or anesthesia.  Vax- D is able to relieve pain by decompressing the discs in your spine.  The Vax-D treatment table distracts the lumbar region of the spine, taking the pressure off of the discs and spinal nerves, and allows the back to heal itself.

Foot Levelers Orthodics / Sole Support Orthodics

Some back pain and foot pain is caused by improper foot stabilization.  The joints in your body that bear weight (ankles, knees, hips, pelvis, low back, neck) are like links in a chain.  If your feet are not balanced, (every joint and the connecting muscles, tendons and ligaments) above may become injured over time due to unnatural twists and strains on your body.  Pain may occur because of these postural imbalances.  A quick digital scan and an exam can help diagnose if your back pain is caused by postural imbalances and whether you need orthodics.
